What you will need:

-8 ounces of baking soda

-4 ounces of corn starch

-4 ounces of citric acid (if you cannot find this you can also cream of tartar)

-4 ounces epsom salt

-.75 tbsp of water

-2 tsp of Essential or Fragrance Oil

-2.5 tbsp of oil (any light vegetable oil would work)

-2 Glass bowls

-Whisk

-Measuring cup

-Teaspoon and tablespoon measurer

-Any type mold (I used a mini muffin tray)

Directions:

1. Put all your dry ingredients into a bowl, glass works best.

2. Using a whisk mix the dry ingredients until you have a smooth consistency

3. Mix your wet ingredients together. Put in it a separate bowl than the dry ingredients. Don‘t worry about separation too much.

4. While whisking, slowly add small amounts of the liquid to your dry ingredients. TIP: If the mixture starts to foam you are adding liquid to fast. If it does happen, quickly whisk the reacting ingredients into the nonreactive part and you should be able to stop the reaction. It is best if you add a teaspoon at a time. You will know it is mixed well enough if the consistency is sand and you can clump it together.

5. Once you mixture is at the right consistency QUICKLY fill the molds with the mixture

6. When the bath bomb is completely dry open the mold and put your bath bombs in an airtight container to store them. These can be good for up to six months.
